Shipping Questions
Most orders ship within 24 hrs. Any custom built products may take longer to ship. The moment your product ships you should receive the tracking information via email; however it may take up to 24 hours before it is active.
Sales Questions
Our return policy is simple. Any tangible product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Product is unused and in the original retail packaging.
- Product packaging is in like new condition. This means the package can be resealed / closed and is not torn or ripped or otherwise destroyed.
- Any product damaged due to shipping may be exchanged or returned.
If you need to initiate a return please send an email to sales@infectedarmory.com. Please note that all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All orders placed in Georgia are required to pay sales tax. For sales from other states, or outside of the USA, sales tax is not charged.

Service Questions
Well if you’re a lucky player in the Atlanta area you have a few options. While we do not have a service center that is open to the general public, we can arrange to pick up and drop off your gun with you for service depending on your distance from us. To arrange for a pick up please contact us to setup an appointment. Of course we understand many of you outside the Atlanta area need to ship us a gun and even some of you in the Atlanta area might find it more convenient. Shipping us a gun is very simple. We just need to some basic information from you before you ship us. Contact us via the contact page letting us know what type of airsoft gun you have, and what work needs to be done and we will send you instructions on shipping it to us.
Just as you would pay for your own gas to drive to a store and pick up a product, you pay the shipping cost to “pickup” your airsoft equipment from us.
Infected Armory warranties every upgrade and repair for a period of 30 days beginning from the date you receive your equipment from our service department. This warranty only covers labor. Each part carries the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable), and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims on parts. Infected Armory is not liable for failures due to defective parts. This warranty is void if the equipment serviced is disassembled or altered by anyone other than an Infected Armory technician. If you need to file a warranty claim please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.
